But what really sets the Advanced SL R.42 VONOA wheels apart is their ability to handle rough terrain with ease. These wheels are engineered to withstand even the harshest conditions, such as cobblestones in Belgium, making them the ideal choice for riders who demand the very best.

Thanks to the newly developed VONOA carbon spokes, the total weight of the wheelset could be reduced by 144g or almost 10%. Due to the higher stiffness of the spokes, the wheelset requires only 21 instead of 24 spokes. A positive side effect of the reduction is a further reduction in aerodynamic drag.

The riders from Team Intermarche Wanty will use the R.42 VONOA in all the spring classics.

In normal flat races or hilly courses, it's all about "aero" these days.
